- Pour adulte : 5-10 gouttes/jour, pures ou diluées dans une eau de source. En dehors des repas
- Pour votre enfant: A partir de 3 ans : 1 goutte/année d'âge; A partir de 10 ans : Voir adulte
- Pour votre animal de compagnie : 1-3 gouttes/ 10kg de poids dans la gamelle d'eau ou verser quelques gouttes dans la paume de la main et caresser votre animal qui se lèche
- Plan émotionnel/énergétique : 1 goutte/jour pendant 3 mois
